Project was a 26,000 square foot medical and dental outpatient clinic renovation and expansion. Existing clinic was around 11,000 square feet and the renovation took over four adjoining storefronts and a brand new 6,500 square foot addition on the front of the building. Clinic needed to be operational during construction therefore construction was phased.

 

I developed all the architectural drawings and specifications as well as coordinating structural, MEP, and medical equipment consultants development of supporting drawings.  I also served as project manager throughout a majority of the construction process.

Project was completed in October 2016. Program used was AutoCAD.
